Traffic Shaping On connect Package

Sorry to drag this up but uTorrent has 2 settings for encryption:

Enabled and Forced

Which do I use?

Similarly, should I uncheck the "Allow incoming Legacy Connections" box?

On Azureus, using RC4 encryption I could get 100-150KB/sec which is a lot better than 10KB/sec, now i'm using uTorrent ( I have to because Azureus is pretty poor on Windows Vista & consumes too many resources) I get 20KB/sec max.

Which setting is best on the Connect package?

most people use enabled m8 and dont untick Allow incoming Legacy Connections box :)

This all works a treat as well. I use Azureus, but the settings are more or less the same.

So in all honesty, I can just about live with throttling. The only thing that annoys me about is that I can't use Soulseek. I'm starting to live with it though...
