I cannot have Sky broadband because:
- I am with F2S and he had never heard of them
- They cannot migrate from IPStream to LLU - hence the cancelled migration
If I wanted to change now, I would have to cancel with F2S and be without broadband whilst Sky decided whether or not they were capable of providing me with broadband.
So what are you going to do, is it worth the hastle of loosing your internet access for goodness knows how long for.
I don't know about F2S and their prices but is it worth looking elsewhere perhaps if like me you are looking to save some money ?
Do what I've just done mate. After speaking with TS again today they STILL cannot tell me when the alleged problem will be sorted, so I've contacted Watchdog & told them the whole sorry story, chapter & verse.

I wonder what the guy on the 14th floor was doing for you then???
They obviously don't realise/care that customers bad experiences with them end up costing them tenfold in potential customers, esp. when they are broadcast on a medium such as this.
Whatever you decide, good luck mate
Well, them not being able to migrate from IPStream to LLU is a load of rubbish

The only thing i can think of is if you were one of the unlucky people to be on one of F2S's LLU lines. (You might not even have been aware as pipex have been moving people to their LLU without telling them since the Pipex F2S takeover)
I am definitely not on LLU :(
tbh I am too annoyed and will decide what to do when I have calmed down. To be lied too, wasting time on the phone, etc etc I think its an absolute shambles.
i was going to say the exact same thing

NewsreadeR, I know just how you feel mate. Take a deep breath & just think tomorrow is a new day.
I so wanted to blow my top at Sky when I spoke with them today but decided on the Watchdog route instead. I'll try & hit em where it hurts if I can, even if I just get them to mention the problem on air I will have had a moral victory if nothing else
Good Luck mate
Oh, by the way, you get used to the lies eventually!!
I have now cancelled everything to do with Sky
Sorry to read that you have been forced to take such action, but I can understand how annoyed you feel, I would be just the same
Lets hope that the new Ofcom migration "rules" put an end to all this nonsense.
Maybe in a few weeks things will get better :(
