How can I find out if my Broadband service is unlimited?
Hi,
I've just started renting a new house and broadband is included in the rent.
What I need to know is, how can I find out if my broadband service is unlimited?
My landlord is out of the country for 2 months so I'm unable to contact him.
I don't want to be downloading large files if there's a monthly download cap
As I can see the service is just a box standard Sky ADSL service.
Thanks in advance

You can check at https://secure.sky.com/my-broadband (you will need to log-in first using your SkyID)

Sky's limited broadband is only 2Gb per month so unless the previous residents were pensioners who rarely used/knew what the internet was then they were likely over this and thus on unlimited broadband. Sky's Unlimited Broadband is 7.50 or £10 (for new customers since July 2015) + £17.40 per month (currently) line rental.

Perhaps a little late, but it's also worth looking at the connection speed.
Should you have Sky Connect the upload will be limited to 448kbps. This would have a monthly usage limit of 40mb, unless things have been changed.
