Billing Issues a Warning if you have not been billed yet
After not being billed for the last 2 months I thought I would call SkyBB to find out what was going on, after speaking to CS I was passed through to provisioning where after some chatting the person I spoke to put me on hold for a few minutes then came back to tell me the only way to fix this problem was to do a cease and re-provide as there is no way they can manually fix the problem.
As you can well imagine I was not amused and told the chap that this sort of action was stupid I said why cease a perfectly good and working connection and then do a reproved for something that should be easy to fix, anyway he was adamant that that was what had to be done and as soon as I finished the call he said thats what he would do.
I had no intention of leaving it there and as soon as I cam off the phone to him I phoned Sky Reception at Head Office (0207 7053000) and asked to speak to Customer Relations, I explained the issues to the young lady there who said that didn't sound right and that she would look into it and get back to me which she did about 40 minutes later, the cease order has been stopped and my account has been tagged with both SkyBB and Easynet to prevent a cease being made and there is a fix being worked on to sort this problem out.
It would seem that there are a number of accounts like mine that have not been billed and the main SkyBB system doesn't know we are actually active which is why this billing issue has arisen, so if any if anyone has a billing issue like mine and you do call SkyBB don't let them try to place a cease on you and do what I did.
