Need help. Sky broadband not working after Virgin
Need help. Was with Sky Fibre.
Ordered Virgin 150 mb broadband. Was working for one day but not anymore due to fault with their Superhub router. Waiting for their super hub 2 replacement.
Have not cancelled my connection with Sky. Virgin put a new phone number although the old Sky number still not cancelled.
I changed the wires on the phone faceplate and Sky phone number is working but broadband is not. I tried the online troubleshooting with no help.
Can anyone telling what changes I need to make in the faceplate or router to make my Sky broadband to work?
