Hi people and thank you nice to see some people missed me ;)

Yep been quite ill and was really starting to feel better but Friday I got and ear infection and feel like hell again but with luck will be back to full strength soon.

Yes it really is since have been sitting in one for over 10 years, it kind of makes being ill easier as I dont need to worry about falling over etc :)
