There was the German blonde woman who has been in a few episodes especially when they were racing around the Nuremberg track, she knew her stuff so would get my vote.

Sabine Schmitz, yep she'd get my vote too. She was a professional racing driver.

There have been female presenters on Top Gear in the past I remember, just not in it's "modern" format.
