it is true though, that BT have stopped the cap and FUP on unlimited package for the past 6 months (youtube some videos for proof also). it is definately tempting because right now, its just ridiculous that I am not able to get the same (or similar) speeds as I used to. And the "fix" they allegedly did is to stop my line from going anymore than 10.8/11MB.
Ironically it may be Sky that "force" BT into rolling out FTTC/FTTP quicker. Rumours suggest Sky will want to migrate their services to fibre. Satellites don't last forever & cost £££££.
Agree on the Indian call centres, I spent most of Friday on the phone to them trying to accept a fault was not a line fault but an exchange fault! Hard work I can tell you.......

ive been so busy and stressed with work all week, have not had the time to decide but certainly, something needs to be done in regards to my connection speed.
BT....or.... not BT. that is the question
