hi, included with our sky mag this month is a £6 a month for the sky sports pack offer saying to go to sky.com/upgradesports however when i go to it, it always wants to charge me £11 a month extra! i just spent half hour on the fone to an advisor that said she could do it for £9 a month extra but said they knew nothing of the £6 offer! anyone else received this offer or got it working?

And what does it say exactly, word for word ?
nice one thats reminded me that ive not receaved the magazine since march. i asked the adviser in india about the £6 sky sports offer and he said he get back to me in 10 mins. that was a hour ago and obviousley he carnt be botherd to ring back. :)

poor fela, if i was on £2 a hour i probabley wouldnt bother ringing a customer back. maybe i confused him by saying top up tv may charge £6.99 for sky sports1 and sky charge £12. :)

so you go on the website and it says £11 a month! rip off!!
It sounds like Sky, put offer out to customers but the call centre people don't know nothing about it, sadly this seems to happen quite a bit.
Have you signed in? It's offering me the full Sports Pack for an extra £6 (£8 from September). I've currently got SS1 only, but I'm receiving all sports channels through a different offer.Quote:
