Hello,
Please help I have had this new computer for about 3 weeks & I cannot get outlook2007 fully working i.e. cannot sens emails. have followed instructions by sky & not working, sort advice via this site & others changed settings & still no luck all works except sending of emails.
Get error message sometimes of 0x800ccc0d

The usual problem is either not authenticating, forgetting to include @sky.com with your username or failing to use SSL.
Check Tools/Accounts, open your Sky email settings, select More Settings then the Advanced tab. Outgoing server should be 465 with SSL encryption (Incoming is 993 for IMAP or 995 for POP, again with SSL selected)
