My next door neighbours are having scaffolding put up which i think will affect my Sky. Looks like scaffolding is going up all the way around the house.
Would Sky be able to move my dish?
Whats the cost?
Cheers

Just get a local CAI approved firm to do it, from about £60. If you go through sky, you'll have to wait for a slot, still have to pay and will prolly get some numpty that knows nothing about satellite communications to do it!!
Wait until the scaffolding is complete then see if you can get a signal.
Hmm rang up Sky and told em situation. They asked how long i had Sky HD for so I told em since July 28th 2008 they said well its still in warranty. We will have someone come out on Thursday free of charge :D
Result...... but I cannot see why this would be a warranty call it's not like the equipment has developed a fault or is even being interfered with yet, or why it hasn't ran out after the 12 months, maybe they didn't know July was before August;)
Good result for you anyway:cool:
Well I never questioned it lol
I don't blame you:rolleyes::o
