Sky mutiroom -> Freesat

I want to buy a Freesat TV.
I had mutiroom which I no longer use & have Sky HD which I will be keeping.
Is it possible to move the mutiroom cable to the living room & use it as a freesat lead?
If not, would I need a whole new connection or can the existing LNB be used?

Yes, reroute the multiroom feed to the freesat receiver and it will work fine.
