I also get this problem and driving me nuts. movie, and the free view channels. bbc, five etc... my box is a pace box.
I live in a flat but have my own sat dish.
could do with some help with this.

Same problem here although mine is more of a constant thing
lost sky2, sky3 most sky movie channels and most discovery channels + more
although when i go to the install menu and do a rebuild system planner
the channels work for a while????
been going on about 3 weeks now
