Hi all,
Just joined this forum as I've just gone over to Sky Broadband. I am told I am allowed up to 10 email addresses but when I try to set up a second one, I can't get it to connect. I get this error message:-ERR [AUTH] Username and password not accepted.
I've set up a second email user at My Sky and used exactly the same details as for my main account - which is working fine.
Can anyone give me any hints as to what I've done wrong please?
