Be now allowing customers to change their ASDSL profile via web

Just heard that Be customers now have the ability to log into their account and change their target noise margin (and hence sync) plus switch between FastPath and Interleaved. After making the changes you have to confirm the new settings within 30 minutes (and everything is working OK) otherwise the system reverts the profile back to defaults.

Can't see Sky doing this any time soon but you can only hope. :cool:

Thats cool, and refreshinly customer focused.
Like you say I cant see Sky doing it.
Depending on how DLM effects me, BE could be the one for me.
I'll cancel sky sports and that should easily cover the cost.

It will be use full if DLM dont want to work well. :)
I dont think we will have this on sky network. :(
