Nothing downloading?

My tray icon says "Deliveries: 3 in progress", my main screen says 3 items in library downloading...but nothing is actually downloading?

Any ideas anyone?
Connection fine, account fine, PC fine...can download other things just not from Anytime.

You may need to reset the hard drive. On the remote, press Services, 4, 0, 1, Select in fairly quick succession, which takes you into the Engineers Menu. You then choose Full System Reset - Note this will wipe out all recordings, all series linked stuff, and possibly all your favourite channels !
