Hi i wonder if any one can help. I have sky talk and pay my line rental to sky as well, so do not have a bt account now.
Have been on sky talk for 3 months now and 1571 answer service is on my phone and a cant get ride of it. It was not on my phone when i was with bt. Have asked sky and bt with no luck.:mad:
Can any one help?

Its part of the package, but I presume Sky can ask BT to remove it.

You definitely would have to ask Sky to do it. Once you've decided to pay Sky for the line rental, BT no longer regard you as their customer, Sky is their customer.

That 50p a month you save by paying Sky for line rental can be eaten up quite quickly with calls to Sky customer service's 0870 number.
