Slow email server.
Occassionally some of my emails take days of weeks to turn up. When I look at the headers, they seem to be stuck on a sky server for ages. I tried raising a call with tech support, but they're only trained to deal with "can't log in" and "can't set up outlook". They can't even pass on a message to the tech guys that one of their servers is borked. Any suggestions about what I should do next?

To make sense, you have to read the headers bottom to top.
I've only included the relevant parts of the headers.
