If I were buying a new one now though, of that size, I'd try & stretch to getting a 1080p panel...
ahh yes but although it is not 1080p, its mainly for dad, and when i am about at holidays. We don't even have Sky + yet so i know in about 3 or 4 years he will need a new but smaller tv when he moves out! So all good for the moment!
