What's that all about then?

Customer closeness/customer centricity are hot topics in Marketing and Service organisations - part of it is about "knowing" or understanding your customers.

My guess is they've put a link to Skyuser on that part of their intranet as an example route of how you can see what customers are saying/doing/thinking.

if it is a sky site it dosent look up to much likely another one of them made up jobs

edit didnt see saturdays post --to that end ahha i see now lol

Judging by Intranet, It was probably a link on the internal systems to a post/thread to SkyUser.. Maybe thats what they use to diagnose / fix a problem?
