Watchdog

I'm disappointed!:mad: I felt sure TalkTalk were going to win after all the crap I took off them over a six month period, Ah well at least they were a close runner up in second! :D

My Brother is with Talk Talk and has been with them for a while now and has never had any problems with them. I would know if he had because big brother (me) would be his first port of call.

Well I guess they must have some happy customers otherwise they would have gone bust! But they nearly drove me over the edge, Countless phone calls emails etc explaining my problems over and over and over again but they never sorted any of it out, then tried to charge me £70 for terminating my contract early. If I told you the full story I would be here till 8 in the morning, it was horrendous!!:mad:

I was possible a founder member of the BT Broadband and moved over to Sky about 5 months ago, the experience has been very disappointing, the general level service is frankly appalling. I guess thats the reason its so cheap.
