Ordering Sky.. Web or Phone?

Was just thinking about sky bb and how people ordered it. website or telephone? This poll will help me decide wether i phone or webby my order in when my exchange becomes enabled before July. This should also give an indication as to the connection success rates of the two.

The phone worked out much better for me. My two attempts at using the web failed miserably!

oops. only just realised i forgot to put the poll up. well judging by the last comment i think i'll phone when the time comes. Cheers.

i used phone because although you get 10 quid off online connect is 17 quid a month - over the phone its 5 a month ad it shows as a 12 quid credit each and every month - and if you use their landline number you don't pay much ( if anything) for the sales line
