Am very new to this, so here goes, need help, whenever I load bitcomet, I get a yellow light and a blocked message which says " Listening port unreachable to public domain and peers check firewall and NAT Router configuration" so firewall is all ok, but I cannot configure the NAT Router as I have no idea where this is. My download speeds are so slow it can take me two weeks just to get an epsisode of a particular tv show i am downloading. I am a massive teloly addict so download alot. Can anyone help me. Hope some of this made any sense.

There is a very to easy guide here for Azureus, if you have read of that to understand the basics or infact use it and your problems hopefully should be solved.
