      Question utorrent

I have been using utorrent for a short while now and when I went to sky broadband I noticed my downloads were much slower. Someone I know suggested asking " How do I set up utorrent with sky broadband " , something to do with opening ports. Sorry if I sound vague but I'm quite new to downloading and to be honest a bit of a technophobe.

Any answers in very plain english please.

      Thanks
