      Has anyone come across the problem where Sky will not migrate you onto another package due to technical issues they are having with their systems?

      I phoned them to find out if I could migrate onto the MAX package as this Connect is pulling teeth bad at downloading, and was told I can migrate but they wont do it due this problem their having

      They may be having a problem! But seeing as my Exchange was unbundled like 2-3 days after Sky took over I was never on connect!

      Have you configured your router to forward the port you are using ?

      @degsy

      You're on Connect which appears to have traffic shaping for P2P and torrents.

      If you search you'll find a number of posts - the gist of which are that you need to use a client that can encrypt the traffic. (Hint: open up utorrent and select forced protocol encryption)
