      But the sad thing about this is when millions of internet users are hidding there identity how the hell are they going to spot the real criminals/terrorist in the hay stack?

      Hmmm... I rather suspect that they are already adept at hiding their IP addresses.

      Seriously though, anyone who knows what they are doing can easily and quickly sort out a way to get around all the 'spying' that the Gov wants to do. Proxy addresses are old news. Seedboxes are also very popular, but not a good idea for public sites as they tend to suffer with DOS attacks.

      This action IMHO will only get those who are not tech savvy, as once it becomes known that this is what ISPs are doing, people will change how they do things.
