Sky Staff told "pay or go to court"

I come hear as a bearer of news. I don't work for sky, but post here on behalf of someone who is.

some staff members within SKY " Livingston" were today breifed on the next set of ACS:Law letters. They were simply told " you have 2 options if you receive a letter as a member of staff. Pay the Fine, Or end up in court."

      Bad times.

Might have helped if OP had made it clear what they were on about, namely a Law firm sending out letters accusing people of illegal file sharing.
Which has a guide regarding what to do.

Responding to an accusation - What to do if you're accused of file sharing - Computing - Which? Advice

thing is that pirate bay showed how stupid the system was by randomly spamming fake IP addresses on their site and the p2p that they were tracking and a load of people got letters who shouldn't have.

Nice to see that Sky give their workers less rights than the person on the street, I wonder if it is a human rights violation.
I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!
