      download peer gaurdian which hides your ip address and blocks any one trying to monitor your activity (or something like that) not that i download p2p but it makes it little safer for use of legit p2p sites including itunes

      how effective is peerguardian there is also protowall i think its called which is based on the same thing does it help against isps or any kind of companys

      I believe support for Peergaurdian is now discontinued and as it works by blocking your IP address to anti-P2P and other designated addresses, it might not be too effective. It does not hide your IP from everyone, only those on the blocked list. Users are recommended to use PeerBlock.

      Sky do NOT monitor what is being downloaded, they were one of the few companies who refused to do this

      yea but remember sky once wanted to join with the bpi to tackle it so whats to say they will join with it now
