      NAT - how do i set nat to open..?

      NAT - how do i set nat to open..? On xbox live i usually got moderate, and i know its better for torrents if you have open NAT. I am using the sky router btw ]

      what i do is turn off the routor then turn on after 5secounds or turn upnp off wait a min or two then turn on upnp again if not try the port forward thing. heard its about. im gona find how to do it and give it ago i'll send link here if it works
