      360share pro

I run 360share pro on my PC (Limewire p2p) but at the moment it is not connecting I am guessing it is the router that is preventing this (as i have checked the firewall)
I have enabled the upnp on the router and have the 360share pro set up to be configured with the router using upnp but no connection to the network is being allowed.
      Has anyone got any ideas.
Thanks in advance for any advice

Try manually forwarding ports (using Custom Services & Firewall Rules) instead of using UPnP.

[also, many people find UPnP causes other problems with the current Sky firmware - http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/sky-r...sible-fix.html ]

Can't you just configure the router rather than having to install azureus which I haven't a clue about

      Re: 360share pro

Find the port no(s) required by your P2P software, & whether it/they are TCP or UDP or both.

Create a "Custom Service" in the router's admin interface for the port(s).

Then create a Firewall Rule in the router's admin interface, to forward the custom service you made to whatever IP address your PC has (you can either give the PC a manually assigned static IP, or leave it with an automatically assigned IP by DHCP but "reserve" the same IP for it using the router's "Address Reservation" function.).

No need to use Azureus (although, personally, I do find torrents a lot better & easier than Limewire, Emule, etc. etc.)
