Question netgear firewall rule setting for p2p

I've managed to configure Azureus and download files. My concern is I've added a rule in the Netgear firewall rule which may not be the best to protect my PC.
For the inbound service I've used CU-SEEME with the action set to always allow and WAN Users to ANY. It seems to work although I'm not getting high d/l speeds. Secondly, do I need to set a rule for the outbound service? if so, what?

      Cheers

Thanks for taking an interest in my problem, I'm using port 16900. If I don't need an outbound rule what should I be setting?
