192.168.0.1 is the IP of the router.

You need a static IP for the PC running Emule. [Or, you use the router's "Address Reservation" function, so that your PC always gets the same leased IP from the router]

The Emule port(s) are then forwarded to the IP of the Emule PC, using the router's Port Forwarding function.

You don't "get" one, as such. You set it yourself. Compared to port forwarding on your router, it's a piece of p1ss.

However, it depends on what version of windows you're running. I'd suggest that you google "set static LAN IP address" and see what answers you get. It usually involves fiddling with your network connection settings. If you're connecting wirelessly, you alter your wifi properties in network connections. If wired, you alter that one. You set your own IP address for the computer running emule (i.e. 192.168.0.56 for example), remember it, then you use it for port forwarding.
