Is there even such a thing as 'friend and family discount codes' any more ?

Tho if it would help or be of any use to anyone else I would love to be able to do the 'introduce a friend' thing and get the £150 prepaid mastercard reward each.

There is still such a thing as a friends and family code but unfortunately we are not allowed to share them with anyone unless it is on facebook or certain other "social network" sites.

This is a [very] recent change to our terms and conditions.

If you find me on facebook I'd be a little surprised but I suppose the ingenuity would deserve a code.

If you want Sky Q for a cheaper setup fee then you should cancel your extra room if you already have one. Unfortunately, Sky have now decided to charge people more for Sky Q if they already have an extra room compared with people not having one already. 31 days later they seem to have a cheaper setup fee!

So why don't you bleed a company dry and when they have no revenue available to put back into programing you'll start complaining, bleet, moan and groan that Sky have done bugger all with new films, programs, software, boxes and the list goes on and on.

Don't you think 33% off is enough?
