Or is it target driven so that Sky release discount codes if it doesn't look as if the sales dept. will achieve their quota for new customers within a certain time period, like coming to the end of the financial year?

Most of the codes are friends and family codes used for staff members family and close friends. And I think that at request individual codes can be generated per employee. Originally Posted by seawright

Doesn't stop them from selling them on eBayMost of the codes are friends and family codes used for staff members family and close friends.
