Does anyone have a family and friends code REALLY NEED IT

I am a student moving into a new house I can hardly afford rent let alone sky I dont work due to my course having placements. Therefore I would love for someone to give me a free code if they could or else I will probably be without sky due to the extreme cost and I can barely afford rent and food my only source of income being my loan and grant

Thank you for anyone than can help

As a former student let me tell you, don't get Sky. I never had it when I was a student because I had too much to do. Do not let it distract you. Also, save your money for stuff you actually need, such as supplies and food. At the very most get an internet connection, thats all you need.

      Trust me.

A good idea would be to ask a relative if you could set up a User ID on their account and stream Sky Sports via Sky Go, provided that they subscribe to the Sports channels.

      Enjoy your course!

Thanks Scubbie will probably do that actually.

Had SkySports on my Xbox before but my mum removed SkySports pack when the season finished and since I will be moving out and no-one else watches it

Any chance I could only get Sky Boardband then or do I need the landline which I dont really want since I already got a Iphone 4 on contract.

well after the recent changes if you want Sky Broadband you need to have Sky Line rental. You would need a line rental agreement with someone if you wanted broadband in any rate.

If you ahve an iphone you can get the new Sky Sports app. 9.99 a month and you get access to the Sky Sports channels. Only released 2 days ago.

Re: Does anyone have a family and friends code REALLY NEED IT

You've got to go home sometimes as well. Your mum could put the Sports pack back on her account.

It depends on who is going to pay for what.

Another important point is that if it is so that you can enjoy football matches, then you may find a local pub which shows the ones you would like to see.

There are always other options to consider
