On the other hand, regular contributers may have close friends or family members who might benefit so these people may ask.

As a side note, many of the common issues surround broadband connections, testing connections and networking queries. Whilst there are some specific issues, these can quickly be learnt by anyone who is interested.

Most of the problems are the same if you are on any other broadband connection.

What is also true is that the vast majority have been asked at least 100 times before by someone else, but it is still surprising how many think that they are the first with the issue.
