i recommended a friend who got sky+ installed 3 weeks ago, registered both sets of account numbers to get my sky+ upgrade still no letter with code to phone for installation
seems they are more interested in the new customer and not the faithfull customers

My letter arrived 2day finally
we rang sky and yes we have to pay £60.00 to have it installed
we asked for multi room 2,and we still have to pay £60.00

phoned sky again and its booked in to be installed on the 9th
they have charged us 60 pound for installation

Amstrad is a respectable company guys! Alan Sugar Is Making Loads of lovely money lols
anyhow yer i seriously want a sky + box as its a pain in the preverbs keep missing new simpsons!! grrr
but the new deal is sky + free broadband and free phone for 16 quid a month!
why cant loyal exsiting customers get that cmon sky sort it out

I'm still waiting for mine too. My friend got theirs back in February. I phone Sky on a weekly basis and am getting nowhere.
Seems to me like a scam. I've even emailed James Murdoch and have my emails passed to somebody who states to call Customer Services and it will be sorted!
