      got my latency down now m8, but my speed dropped too, 7.1mbps download - 864kbps upload with pings to sky DNS 17 - 22ms and 21-22ms to most uk servers, not bad for gaming now, cant get the ping as low as you have, but its almost the same, u said u got 11ms to sky dns, i was getting 17ms to sky dns, now its gone to 22ms tho, still good for gaming now tho
