      Dear DSN,

      I have read about your hell with the infamous sky/bt connect issues and I note that you are now on adsl24 so you are one of the lucky ones.

      I wonder if you can help by sending me a template letter and the steps of your complaint method which worked for you.

      I read that sky mentioned refunding you. As I still have 4 months of contract, they are clearly in breach of the contract as the BT resold service is so ****e. I cannot use youtube between the hell hours and in fact I cannot even send plain text emails on the hell (4-mid) hours sometimes through thunderbird using aol. Of course, after about 11pm the network load acts like it never had a problem.......... due to this pure out and out "throttling" and not traffic management.

      Which evidence did you use to back up your cancellation without penalties case, Bt speedtester logs etc. I want to cancel without them getting the chance of ripping money via direct debit out of the account...
