      Hi I was just reading your post; itís more than likely that sky tier 3 have capped your line! They tried it on with me last week! just ring em and insist that you want the cap lifting, they'll probably bull**** you with " well you have loads of crc's errors" just say youíre aware of this and you still want the cap lifting and you will monitor your own line! If not threaten that you'll take ya business else where they'll soon lift your cap worked for me
