      Hey, im looking for a cheap graphics card that i can use to run vista and get all the graphics to work correctly (eg glass)

      about 50, just out of intrest when you were buying a graphics card for xp you could get any old thing, becuase im not in to gaming, but now vista is out, what do i have to look out for in a graphics card so it will support the features?

      I'm running a bog standard PNY NVIDIA 6200 just fine on Vista. Just make sure you download drivers from NVIDIA and don't use the default drivers installed by Vista. Think it cost about 30-40, not sure as the missus got it for me at christmas by mistake thinking it was a graphics tablet which I was after lol.

      you should go for pci express - much better than agp which is now becoming defunct
