Virgin Media Start Deploying Broadband SuperHub Public WiFi Sharing

This is a discussion on Virgin Media Start Deploying Broadband SuperHub Public WiFi Sharing within the General Computing and Internet forums, part of the Community channel category; They could do it on those with a 40 or 55 connection. Would need a funky modem/router to do it....

I'd do this, but only if there was something in it for me i.e. maybe a monthly discount or something similar.

The way mobile networks and 4G have advanced now though, there's less need for WIFi when out and about these days anyway now. Cannot remember the last time I used or even needed WiFi when out and about.

Agree.. Very rare I ever use a Free Wifi now. Maybe if I'm working away I'll use the hotel wifi. The company phone has 4Gb of data a month I rarely use and so does my personal phone, and I've never come anywhere near the data limit on that one.
