Xbox One Downloading Games & Netflix picture

      Hi Folks

I have Sky Fibre Unlimited in my house, I used to have an Xbox 360 but recently switched over to an Xbox One, everything works fine in respects of playing the games and joining party's on the Xbox One.

The issue is I have been trying to Download the FIFA16 Demo, the installation will start but then it gets to 2/3% then it will stop, I have checked my network settings on my Xbox and it says i have a fully open NAT, I have been reading some forums and most of them say that when your NAT is set to strict this will not allow you to download games or join voice party's.

I have read up a little bit on port forwarding but I am not even sure what ports to forward or how I for

I have also been reading up on Netflix, on my XBOX 360 the netflix picture was never fuzzy ( snowy ) on the XBOX One it is, I don't think my XBOX is faulty but it's more like the resolution that's the issue my Netflix also seems to buffer more with the XBOX one than it did with the XBOX 360 this is even with a hard wired connection, from reading at the forums for this it says the best thing to do is change the resolution which I have done in my XBOX but not sure if I need to do anything else?

Any help would be much appreciated folks and I hope I have not confused you to much!

Also this is the router I have - https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=sk...4JGCbQGAcuM%3A

Netflix when I last used it had none of those symptoms on my XBox One. Have you tried turning Off all the settings on the TV that "enhance" the picture.

I would open the ports on the router. Below are guides:

Ports for Xbox LIVE -->Xbox Network Ports | Xbox One Network Ports | Xbox Live Network Ports
Static IP for Xbox Console --> Static IP Address for Xbox One
How to open ports --> Port forwarding - Setting up Port forwarding (use existing & set up custom services)

also, I don't know if you can do it on the SR102 but change the DNS servers to googles (or use namebench to find the fastest ones for you) as some people swear by changing them when trying to download stuff from XBL (I use Googles). If it can't be done on the router do it on the Xbox console itself.
AirPort Extreme + Sky Fibre Guide | Mac OSX Automator for xDSL stats for HG612 & Vigor 130

      Hauwei Cab > VMG1312-B10A > Ubiquiti UniFi | 58301/12298
