      Worst customer service call of ALL time

      Listen to WORST EVER customer service call

      Please listen to this Comcast CSR absolutely refusing to do what the customer wants (which is to disconnect from their service). Even Sky aren't this bad!

      To remain as calm as that, the caller must have been on a heavy dose of betablockers. I think I would have been telling him to go have intercourse with himself, not in those words of course.

      Don't know how he tolerated all that crap. I'd have demanded a manager straight away. That's the problem large companies giving a bonus to staff in retentions for keeping a customer.

      Apparently the employee got the sack over this call. He may well be rehired though as Comcast is facing a torrent of comments claming it is their culture and he was just following his training.

      I had a call yesterday where it was going the same way as the call in the recording.
      I could hear myself saying some of the same things and I realised what I was doing.
      You can't save them all unfortunately although some people would claim you can.
