Why on earth would you get free wifi for having a sky account? You can only use WIFI that is within range of your device and which is open for you to use. If you are near a WIFI hotspot that is unlocked then you can just hook to it, if the hotspot is security enabled you will not be able to use it without the key.

Free public wifi hotspots are widely available at McDonalds and JDWetherspoon outlets in the UK.

I think free wifi at Starbucks is a USA only thing for iPhone users (not sure if it's also for iPod touch users).
