    new born car seat

      new born car seat

      the other half is due a baby in April and we are due to go to Scotland for a wedding in July now the problem is we don't want to use a normal car seat as it says u cant have a new born baby sitting upright for too long a journeys gonna take hours from Kent to Scotland does anyone know of a seat that folds down that a new born can fit in and go round a seat belt ???

      The car seat status. I used it all the time with number one. It does take up the whole of the backseat. Before I had number 2 I saw footage on line of a crash test dummy in a navetta crashing at 40mph. The bolts twist, and the child is propelled through the windscreen out of the navetta. I have never used it as a car seat again. Brilliant, as long as you don't crash. A further point, I selected the navetta over the other carrycot that mamas and papas do because it was a car seat.
