i posted about my mate few weeks ago [how sky had said on wrong side of exchange for llu so could only get 8 meg]anyhoo sky phoned him yesterday and quote "your exchange is full so you'll need to go to connect at 17 a month ," so they cancelled his connection set up ,after complaining he's getting his 8 meg for the 5 a month ,however is there any way he can check the exchange to see how busy it is [i dont think there is cause of data protection etc ]also he has now been told it'll be rushed through in 10-15 days [after waiting a month ] but how will he know if he is on connect [at the special price of 5]or on llu mid package [ie where on the router will it show up?]
