      Three further questions

I see from the order tracker my change is in for the 26th and cease for IP stream is 31st do I need to call Zen and tell them its gone over?

At what point should I chase the router delivery given its 8 days away? which is great it was only phoned through yesterday!

Do the mods mind if I link to this site? and spread the word.

Once you go live with Sky - Yes do this, and also make sure if you have a Direct Debit or continuous credit card authority, these are cancelled and get Zen to confirm this

Router normally arrives 5 - 10 days after order

And also ask Zen if they owe you any money because of when your direct debit dates are might mean that they owe you for a week or two because of your migration ocuured but you might have been charged for a full month. This is what happened to me and to cut a long story short BT owed me 12.

Good luck with your move BB

As for Zen I moved from them to SkyBB and I did call them once I had moved and they did inform me they had been notified by BT as well but they did thank me for confirming the move and wished me well.

PS: they also refunded me 14 I think it was

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
