      work in a call centre, level one support for DWP sites (IT problems)

      mainly doing basic tech support and file/folder restores from backup drives when user "accidentally" deletes work.

      I arrange funerals and sometimes am the funeral director counducting them.
      Crap money, but lots of job satisfaction, am lucky that with the wife working (nurse/midwife) we can pay the bills, will never be rich but survive. Was in retail management for years but hated the grind. Come in to find a letter from a family to thank me and that makes it worth coming to work.
