Customer Service e-mail?
Hi
Does anyone have an e-mail address for Sky Customer Services?
I sent a letter of complaint by recorded delivery to their Livingstone address last month and have not received a reply. I called on several occasions and got conflicting reports on how long it would take them to reply, but the worrying thing is that the letter is not noted on my file, even though it was delivered.
I sent a copy of the letter by e-mail to James Murdoch, but would also like to cend it to customer service. Supervisor I spoke to today told me it could be done through their web site, but that does not work as it will only accept a message of 128 characters.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
